April 24 – May 5, 2025
We leave the US on 4/24 and arrive into Madrid the next day where our tour begins.
April 25: Orientation Tour, El Ritiro Park, Prada Museum with the remainder of the day free until our dinner. Dinner and Hotel: Melia Madrid Princesa
April 26: We have our Sightseeing tour today, including Puerto Del Sol, Plaza Mayor and the Royal Palace. The remainder of the afternoon is yours to shop or relax before dinner and then an Evening tour of Teatro de la Zarzuela. Hotel: Melia Madrid Princesa
April 27: Drive to Segovia and spend the full day touring this wonderful and ancient autonomous community of Castile and Leon. Dinner and Hotel: Melia Madrid Princesa
April 28: Day tour of Toledo, including the Primada Cathedral and Museum, Synagogue El Transito built during the 1300’s. Hotel: Melia Madrid Princesa
April 29: Manzanares & Granada. We drive to Manzanares and tour this fascinating city before heading to Granada for Dinner in a local restaurant. Hotel: Granada Palace
April 30: We spend the day at the Alambra Palace and Generalife. Seeing one of the most spectacular palaces ever built. Followed with Dinner and Flamenco Show. Hotel: Granada Palace
May 1: Malaga City Tour including the Botanical Garden La Concepcion, viewing the Roman Amphitheatre and a visit to the Mercado Central Do Atatazanas before driving to Ronda. Ronda is a city built on a high cliffside next to a deep canyon. In Ronda we will see the famed bull ring and Museo Real Maestranza Caballeria de Ronda. The remainder of the evening is free. May 2: Jerez de la Frontera & Seville. Today we drive to Jerez de la Frontera and tour the Bodego Tio Pepe Winery with a tasting before proceeding to Seville. Hotel: Silken Al-Andalus Palace
May 3: Seville City Tour including the Royal Alcazar and Cathedral where Christopher Columbus is buried. Horse Carriage Tour through Seville and then have the remainder of the evening free to have tapas at a sidewalk cafe and experience the beautiful city. Hotel: Silken Al-Andalus Palace
May 4: Today we head to Cordoba and see the magnificent Mezquita Mosque/Cathedral and wander through the old city dating back to the Romans. In the late afternoon we board our train back to Madrid for the evening. Hotel: Melia Madrid Princesa
May 5: Sadly our Spanish Spring Tour is over and we return to the United States. You will have time to do some last-minute shopping at duty-free before boarding your plane.
